Do you have properties outside the U.S.?

We currently have 14 properties in Puerto Rico (U.S. territory).

Are all your properties Vegan?

No.
We have one full-service hotel which is DREAMCATCHER in San Juan that offers daily Vegetarian and Vegan breakfast at an additional fee.

All other properties are self-catered and guests are welcome to cook at their own preference.

Do you allow kids at your properties?

DREAMCATCHER by DW is adults-only. Children are welcome at our other properties (age restrictions may apply; see individual booking policies for details).

Do any of your properties have a pool?

These properties have pools:

DREAMCATCHER - shared plunge pool
DUNA - shared salt water pool
WALD HAUS - private
SELVA - private and heated salt water pool
MARU - Unit MAO, private plunge pool on roof deck

Do you have beach front properties?

While none of our properties are beach front, these locations are in walking distance to a beach:

DREAMCATCHER, DUNA, APT, ROSA, DADA JAJA, MOOD HAUS, TROPICALIA, NOA, PAZ, MARU, VERDE

Do you rent entire houses/villas?

Yes, these properties are full house rentals:

CASA FRIDA - San Juan, PR
WALD HAUS - Naguabo, PR
SELVA - Luquillo, PR

Do you allow for photo/film shoots?

Professional film and photo shoots are not permitted without prior approval.

Do you offer media/influencer discounts?

We offer discounted rates for accredited journalists and social media influencers on a case by case basis. Please send us a detailed inquiry via the contact form.
