Do you have a pool?
Yes, our designer pool is open all year round from 8 am - 10 pm.
Do you host retreats/events/weddings?
While we can't facilitate wedding receptions or big events, we offer buyouts of the entire property. Please get in touch with us directly.
How far are you from the beach?
The beach is one block (a 2 minute walk) from DREAMCATCHER.
What meals do you offer at DREAMCATCHER?
DREAMCATCHER offers a Vegan/Vegetarian breakfast/brunch.
Monday - Friday: 8am - 1pm
Guests are able to purchase healthy snacks and meals to go from our 24/7 snack bar.
We also frequently host Vegan dinner nights.
These services are exclusive to guests staying at DREAMERS WELCOME properties. Reservations are not required. If you have any dietary restrictions and/or allergies, we ask that you notify us ahead of time.
What form of payment may I use to pay?
We accept all major credit cards with a 3% transaction fee.
Do you offer airport transfers?
We do not. Ubers and taxis are widely available from SJU airport which is a short 10 min ride.
Do you allow children to stay?
No, we are an ADULTS ONLY hotel. If you’re traveling with your family, we invite you to explore our other properties, all of which are kid-friendly and perfect for family stays.
What are your cancellation policies?
If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made. If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival, then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date), the full cost of the booking is charged.
Please note: Different cancellation policies may apply when reservation was made via a 3rd party booking service (e.g. Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia). Those bookings must be cancelled through the applicable provider and cannot be cancelled through us.
For group bookings (of more than 3 rooms), different policies may apply. Please check with us directly.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, we allow for one dog per room (up to 50 lbs) for an additional fee of $75/night.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
REGULAR CHECK-IN : 4pm
EARLY CHECK-IN: 2pm for $55
REGULAR CHECK-OUT: 11am
LATE CHECK-OUT: 1pm for $55
Do your rooms have mosquito nets?
We provide mosquito nets on request at no additional charge.
Is smoking allowed anywhere on property?
No. We are a 100% smoke-free property.
Do any rooms share bathroom?
All of our rooms feature en-suite bathrooms.
Are you LGBT-friendly?

Do your rooms have TV?
No but we offer free High-Speed Wifi.
Do you offer beach gear?
Yes, we provide guests with beach towels and beach chairs.
Can your rooms sleep more than 2 guests?
These rooms at DREAMCATCHER can accommodate an additional twin bed on request and sleep 3 guests:

We do not have family rooms at DREAMCATCHER. If you require more than one bedroom, we recommend these properties: APT, TROPICALIA, CASA FRIDA, NOA, MOOD HAUS, WALD HAUS, SELVA or MARU

Do you have parking?
Yes, free street parking.
What is included in the nightly rate?
Included in the room rate are:
- Pool Access
- Coffee and Tea
- Beach Gear
- Daily Housekeeping
Experiences such as yoga, massages or breakfast are not included in our rates and can be purchased separately.
All rates are subject to a 9% room tax and a 3% credit card transaction fee.
Is DREAMCATCHER a purely Vegetarian establishment?
While we exclusively offer Vegetarian/Vegan fare, guests are welcomed to consume any type of food while staying with us.
Do you have a bar/restaurant?
There is no bar at DREAMCATCHER.
We offer daily breakfast and brunch, as well as weekly dinner events.
Non-alocholic beverages and freshly prepared snacks and meals to go are available 24/7.

Should I rent a car?
DREAMCATCHER is located in a pristine beach neighborhood. There is a plentitude of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. Uber and Taxis are available 24/7 and so are scooter rentals. If you plan on spending the majority of your time in San Juan, you won't need a car.
Should you decide to rent a car, please know that while free street parking is widely available there is no assigned parking at DREAMCATCHER.
Do you offer packages/all-inclusive deals?
We offer welcome packages and a variety of experiences, all of which can be purchased separately from your room. We do not offer all-inclusive or package deals.
Do rooms have a mini bar/fridge?
All rooms are equipped with a mini fridge.
Do you offer laundry service?
Yes, we do. Please allow for a turn around time of 24 hours.
Laundry service is $55/load (folded) or $95/load (ironed).
Do you have rooms with kitchenettes?
None of our rooms have a kitchenette.
