Both apartments accommodate two guests, with a king bed, kitchenette, one bathroom and private outdoor space. Rosa 1 is a studio with a private balcony, hammock and outdoor shower. Rosa 2 has a roofed outdoor lounge, hammock and a custom soaking tub with a rainfall shower. Its outdoor daybed is for lounging; the maximum occupancy remains two guests.
How do check-in and parking work?
Self-check-in is after 4:00 PM, with arrival instructions provided for your stay. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability. Free street parking is available; spaces are not reserved.
What’s included?
Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Roku TV, a Bluetooth speaker, beach chairs and towels, and coffee and tea are included. Massages, laundry service, housekeeping and experiences are available separately. Vegetarian breakfast, yoga and luggage storage are off-site options.
Can children and dogs stay?
Children are welcome, but Rosa is not suitable for infants. One dog up to 50 lb is permitted for an additional fee under the current booking policy. Contact the team to confirm the terms, and let us know about any specific access requirements.
A few house rules?
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Smoking and parties are not permitted. Professional shoots require permission.
