Midcentury modern pieces like lamp fixtures, peacock chairs, and wood paneling create a unique contemporary vibe rooted in the past. The well-equipped kitchenette is a minimalist modern throwback made from red-hued concrete and vintage tiles. The private balcony makes a brutalist statement with geometric breeze blocks and colorful green plexiglass featuring a dinette set ready for breakfast and a comfy hanging chair beckoning for an afternoon with a good book.

Verde 3 and 4 are second-floor walk-ups. Guests must climb stairs. Verde 1 and 2 are on the ground floor; ground-floor placement does not necessarily mean step-free access. Contact the team to discuss any specific access requirements.
How does check-in work?
Verde offers self-check-in after 4:00 PM, with instructions provided for your stay. Check-out is 11:00 AM. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. Free street parking is available; spaces are not assigned.
What’s included in my stay?
Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, beach towels, beach chairs, and complimentary coffee and tea. Cooking facilities, terraces and bathing spaces vary by apartment. Housekeeping, massages, laundry and experiences are available separately. Vegetarian breakfast and yoga are off-site options, booked separately.
Can children and dogs stay?
Children are welcome, but Verde is not suitable for infants. Dogs are permitted for an additional fee, subject to the current booking policy. Contact the team to confirm the terms before arrival. No smoking or parties; professional shoots require permission.
